As a mixologist, you will use your talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property specific policies and procedures are upheld. Clean and set tables in the outlet and perform other food service-related duties, including set up and general cleaning.
Banquet Servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms and maintaining our high standards of room conditions. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position. Previous Houseman, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred.
Sous chef is responsible for the operations of all the aspects of the kitchen including daily production of food, quality of food, ordering, scheduling of employees, employee relations, menu writing, specials and maintaining sanitation & safety standards. Must have well-rounded culinary skills, strong communication skills, strong training & computer skills and be well organized. Minimum of 2 years of hotel/restaurant experience required. Sous Chef and culinary education preferred. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including AM & PM shifts, weekends & holidays. The ideal Sous Chef will accomplish their tasks by monitoring the daily functions of the culinary department, including providing support and guidance to the culinary team, ending in a positive guest experience.
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least one years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.
