Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, we currently manage 13 hotels representing recognized brands such as Towneplace Suites and Courtyard by Marriott, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites.

The principals of RainMaker Hospitality have been involved in the hospitality industry for decades. Their combined industry knowledge of property management, accounting, food and beverage operations and development exceeds 65 years. During their hospitality career the principals of RainMaker have owned and operated over 50 hotels throughout the United States.
