They are responsible for supporting the Casino Cage Manager and Casino Cage Shift Managers in balancing the Casino Cage after combining all cash and cash equivalents, combined with the Chip, Voucher, Count Room, and Check Bank balance sheets.

• Cellaio Fine Dining Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Fine-Dining Cook position ensures the highest quality food preparation and presentation in the kitchen stations and outlets as well as banquets and parties during an assigned shift, in accordance with the Company's specifications and standards.

• F&B Cook - Food Court (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Maintains all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products.

• Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that both the rooms and public areas are impeccable and properly presented.
