Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors and guests. Open doors and assist Residence owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Assist Residence owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with transporting groceries, luggage, and/or packages to and from cars, units and other areas. Supply Residence owners/guests/visitors with directions if requested. Assist in maintaining a clear drive on Residences entrance. Assist in directing all moving and delivery personnel to loading dock. Assist valet parking in movement of Residence owners and Guest vehicles. Communicate Residence owners’ issues with vehicles to Valet Lead and assist in resolving. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas. Polish luggage carts and maintain cleanliness of carts. Maintain clear passage into the building and car drop off area.
Assist members and guests with the pre-arrival process, arrival/check-in, member activities/experiences, problem resolution and member departure/check-out. Conduct pre-calls to arriving members, make pre-arrival arrangements, grocery orders, amenity orders, and handle any other member arrival requests. Review and log preferences/traces in computer system. Contact members for pre-departure calls. Handle Front Office duties, including check-in/check-out, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform audit checklists, prepare and distribute welcome packages, process billing and perform administrative duties. Respond to requests for visitor information, special arrangements, activities or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from members/guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities. Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineer, Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve call, request, or problem. Understand and assist with reservation services. Assist with Bell/valet services for owners when requesting their vehicles. Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in computer system and logbooks.
Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Club Operations with responsibility for the Front Office. Works with direct reports (e.g., front office managers) to develop and implement departmental strategies and manage the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Verifies that Club Operations meet the brand’s standards, targets customer needs, monitors employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department and develops positive owner relations. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees and provides a return on investment.
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
Manages the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments (e.g.,Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance,Housekeeping) and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Monitors compliance with standards and procedures. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.
Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
