• Host - Up Room (Food & Beverage)

  Spearhead Hospitality is a Chicago based boutique hospitality management company with a portfolio that includes the Robey Hotel, Canal Street Eatery & Market, Cache and Valedor with a potential of additional properties under management.

  Hosts are responsible for the initial warm greeting and seating of guests, answering of telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times, and saying goodbye to all guests. Oversees dining room and acts as a brand ambassador to guests.

• Bartender / Server - Valedor (Wicker Park) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  We are looking for those who deliver attentive service and strong leadership skills. You'll need an ability to create a motivating work environment, have a strong passion for excellence, and quality guest service. Serving experience required, bartending experience a plus.
