Manages the coordination and administration of the purchasing and procurement function in accordance with the organization’s standard operating procedures and applicable federal and state regulations.
Under direct supervision of the Operations Maintenance Supervisor, performs the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the Pueblo of Sandia and related facilities, including heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives. Custodial duties include cleaning work at any or all Tribal offices and buildings around the Pueblo, as needed or required.
The Financial Analyst is the primary support for maintenance of daily operation reports and other analytical reports. The Financial Analyst uses analytical techniques to identify business trends and relationships and effectively uses the analysis to assist in making and monitoring business decisions. The Financial Analyst assists the finance team in review and analysis of Resort & Casino and Enterprise operating budgets and revenue activity. The Financial Analyst will generally be assigned an area of focus in Gaming, Marketing or Food and Beverage.
Reports directly to the Pit Boss and is responsible for the operation of assigned tables during assigned shift and all personnel assigned to those tables. Responsible for adhering to the System of Internal Controls and federal cash reporting requirements. The Floor Supervisor has the ability to sign Request for Fill/Credit, Fill/Credit slips, table opener/closer, temporary opener/closer and federal cash reporting documents. The Floor Supervisor has access to the pit podium, pit area, table banks and cards and dice in play.
Manages the behavioral/mental health, social services, and transitional living facility programs in the Behavioral Health Department within the Pueblo of Sandia Health Center. Manages a wide range of clinical evaluation, assessment, consultation/treatment, in accordance with established clinical standards. Manages and develops behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in Sandia Pueblo. Engages in community education and prevention activities, maintains and develops collaborative relationships with Tribal Court, other tribal programs, federal, state and local agencies. Manages all grants, budget, and administrative functions within the program.
The Groundskeeper will ensure that the general cleanliness of the parking lots, grounds, and other miscellaneous work as assigned is completed on a timely basis during the worker’s work shift.
Provides oversight of the daily management of the medical clinic operation. Develops and directs operational activities for the delivery of patient care in the medical clinic. Manages medical inventory; prepares and maintains annual medical clinic budget. Performs clinical duties as triage nurse, Clinic Nurse, Public Health Nurse and/or phlebotomist in clinic.
Using audio and video equipment, observes and reports illegal and non-procedurally compliant violations of casino policies and procedures, NIGC, STGC Regulations and the New Mexico Gaming Compact.

Serves as the Pueblo of Sandia’s Building Inspector on all construction projects to ensure that new construction, alterations, or repairs comply with local and national building codes and ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications.
The Senior Night Auditor will accurately balance and post all daily paperwork and charges for the hotel in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay.
Responsible for the enforcement of tribal, state and federal laws, including criminal and traffic ordinances and codes, designed to protect the lives and property of Pueblo residents and visitors.
Under general supervision is responsible for safe operation and maintenance of the Pueblo of Sandia Utility infrastructure. Operator 2 will perform duties in accordance with Pueblo and Department policies and procedures. Operator 2 shall perform assigned duties and follow directives from supervision in both water and wastewater operations.
