• Cage Kiosk Attendant (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for the cash levels in all the cash services Gaming Kiosks, ATMs, Express Cash Dispensers (ECDs), Cash Recyclers, and other Cage Department machinery, to include providing minor technical support, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. 

• Bartender (Honey & Vine) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  This position provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a casino environment while ensuring all laws and regulations with respect to the safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages are strictly adhered to and by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  This position performs general office and administrative duties within the department with a focus upon quick responsiveness and accurate communication with departmental staff by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. 

• Food Court Team Member (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest’s food and beverage purchases. Responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the Food Court. Assists in the preparation of all types of food items in the Food Court venues under close supervision.  The team member performs duties related to the preparation of food and beverage items prepared in the Food Court outlets, under the direction of the Food Court Manager and/or Supervisor, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Cook II (TDR) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the dining areas of the enterprise, This position also performs duties related to preparation of food and beverage items prepared in the restaurant outlets and team member dining rooms, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Food Server (Honey & Vine) (Food & Beverage)

  This position provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a casino environment by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Cook III (Honey & Vine) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a condition of employment, all new hires must pass the following:

• Barback (Food & Beverage)
