• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Sea Crest Beach Resort is looking for a Sous Chef who is ready to inspire a talented kitchen crew and take the next step in their culinary career within a dynamic, high-volume environment. This role will assist the Executive Chef in preparation of food and oversight of kitchen operations, all while executing high-volume service.

• Painter (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Engineering Supervisor (Hotel Maintenance) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.

• Driver (Transportation)

  Safely transport employees between employee housing and the resort providing courteous and timely service. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.

• Restaurant Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

• Beach and Pool Supervisor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Responsible for supervising the beach and pool areas, including but not limited to overseeing membership activities, pool and beach facilities, servicing the guests’ needs and overseeing the cleanliness of beach, pools, and health clubs in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

  Oversee operation of the hotel in absence of the Assistant General Manager or General Manager and during off-peak times.
