Assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Responsible for servicing the guests’ needs and maintaining the cleanliness of beach, pools, and health clubs in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Manage operation of the Conference Services Department overseeing coordination of conference and meeting groups in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Prepare food items according to recipes and standards, taking pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Transport guests to and from specified locations in a friendly, courteous, safe and timely manner.

Replenish and stock merchandise in property gift shop. Maintain of visual displays and overall shop presentation.
Supervise housekeeping staff ensuring brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards are met.
Assist in overseeing housing operations to include supervising residents and grounds personnel in accordance with Cape Wind Regulations.
