Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

As a Group Sales Manager, you will fill a vital role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through selling guestrooms, catering services and banquet facilities through direct client contact to maximize total rooms revenues. This position reports to the Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales. This position is OEM and eligible for bonus plan. Compensation is based upon experience.

The Outlet Bartender is responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems; providing the highest quality service to guests and servers, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation while also maintaining control over the liquor inventory.
To assist the Revenue Director in the identification and maximization of all potential revenue opportunities for assigned hotels. This includes the maintenance of multiple software systems, and report generation from multiple software systems. The Revenue Analyst will learn to identify revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group.
