• Accounting Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  The Accounting Manager oversees the Accounting operations for the hotel. The Accounting Manager collaborates with the management team as directed by the General Manager and Corporate Controllers.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift. You’ll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

• Assistant Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the leadership of our guest services team. This role assists in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service excellence, and driving operational efficiency at the front desk. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information, and other.

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items while delivering exceptional customer service. This role includes taking orders, operating the POS system, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Baristas should be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about menu items, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Front Desk Clerk (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Clerk delivers exceptional guest service by providing a warm, welcoming, and efficient check-in and check-out experience. They demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in handling reservations, payments, and guest inquiries. The Front Desk Clerk ensures that every guest interaction reflects the hotel’s commitment to hospitality, brand standards, and operational excellence. Through teamwork, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude, they contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
