The role primarily involves floor management, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the dining room as well as multiple food and beverage outlets.  The ideal candidate will have experience with bar ordering and inventory management, staff scheduling, and leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
