• Culinary Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  This position will assist and support all administrative needs for the Culinary division of the Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and assisting him in the many facets of the operation and contributing to the success and continuity of the Flow of business.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Assist Executive chef in daily operations. Including mentoring and coaching, expediting, ordering, inventory, butchering, organizing and maintaining a clean, sanitary and tidy kitchen.

• Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting, booking and coordinating domestic, International Tour & Travel Industry including Corporate and Consortia Business Travel. Manage small social and production groups under 10. Manager must actively solicit and sell within the above-mentioned markets.  Manager will create and implement strategies to capture maximum amount of revenue to meet budgeted revenue goals.   The position includes the maintenance of department tracking systems, databases and reports. Manager is to represent the sales department both internally and externally in a professional manner in accordance with company standards. This role includes administrative work related to the management of the corporate, consortia, production and social business operations. Manager must work independently and exercise discretion and judgment.

  The Banquet Chef is the driving force behind the success of our events by overseeing all aspects of Event food preparation, according to approved standardized recipes. Plates food for service, according to established plating/presentation criteria. Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and that it is ready to be served to the guest at the appropriate time.

• Spa Manager (Spa)

Constantly recognize service opportunities and areas of development and improvement.  Provide readily information and assistance to prospect guests, groups as well as to internal communications and operations.  Facilitate, coordinate and host the Standard Spa, Miami Beach experience.  Check‑in spa guest/members courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established spa requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guest/members and visitors. Handle guest issues.
