Job Duties And Responsibilities Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition  Reviews arrival list daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities  Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival  Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed  Responsible for issued bank. Count bank at beginning and end of shift. Ensure that all cash drops are done in accordance to with proper cash handling procedures and report all cash over/ shorts to management.  Keep front desk area clean and organized.  Assisting with lobby activation as needed.  Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data.   Follow checklist when going through check in or check out with guest. Job Duties And Responsibilities Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.  Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.  Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents.  Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.  Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.  Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.  Perform opening and closing shift duties.  Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.  Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.  Acts as Manager on Duty when required.  Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.  Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives  Education And Experience Minimum of two (2) years in leadership Housekeeping position  Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred  Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Basic computer skills  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing  Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members  Excellent time management skills  Perks/Benefits Work Today, Get Paid today with DailyPay!
