  Chef Collin Clemons has been tasked with reinventing the 1540 Room at The DeSoto Savannah Hotel and became a big success in making that dream a reality winning The Best Chef's Award. Our menu is an exploration of smoke and spice, inspired by the spice trade that dominated the global economy for hundreds of years. We utilize product from our partnerships with farmers, ranchers and producers from across the Low Country, applying flavor profiles from across the globe.

• Full-Service Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Historic DeSoto Hotel is looking for a FT talented and skilled Line Cook to work in our 1540 Room! Come work with an amazing culinary team where your hard work and talent are recognized and appreciated!

  BASIC FUNCTION:  Work alongside our incredible culinary staff to deliver the most delicious food to our guests!  We are seeking a talented line cook with sauté skills, and who is experienced in a wide range of cuisines and stations.  The selected candidate will be working in The 1540 Room, our premier dining room.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  The DeSoto Savannah is seeking an experienced PT Night Auditor for Friday and Saturday night 11 pm - 7 am. Previous night auditor experience required!

  BASIC FUNCTION: The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures.
