The Fifth Avenue Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Sales Director to spearhead the pre-opening sales strategy, cultivate the founding member community, and develop the long-term sales process for The Flaneur Society, a soon-to-open private membership club. A re-imagining of salon culture, The Flâneur Society will feature a year-round calendar of elevated cultural experiences, exclusive access & benefits throughout the world of The Fifth, and a discerning membership community comprised of global creatives, thinkers, tastemakers, and innovators. The Membership Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity of our club, curating an exclusive and engaged community of members who embody our ethos, and establishing The Flâneur Society as the premier private membership club in New York City. THIS IS A SALARIED POSITION PLUS INCENTIVES.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans against a defined hotel budget to maximize revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations, social media and community partnerships. Position The Fifth Avenue Hotel as one of the worlds best.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
