• Food & Beverage Assistant Manager-Full Service Restaurant 1 OEM (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Asst Manager assists with assuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. In partnership with F&B leadership, the incumbent is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquet sales revenues to exceed budget. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Server - Beverage 1 (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all while following company rules and safety guidelines. 

• House Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service. 

• Shift Lead - Starbucks / Restaurant 4 (Food & Beverage)

  As a Starbucks Shift Lead, you will fill a lead guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepares and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to the Starbucks Manager.

• Host Person - Restaurant 1 (Food & Beverage)

  The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A line-Cook is responsible for preparing / cooking all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Corporate HQ outlet, Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms, and Executive Lounge, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Cook II (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As our Cook II, you'll be responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of food items across various outlets, from our restaurant and café to room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation while ensuring efficient kitchen operations. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. The Prep Cook also is responsible for preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.

• Cook I (Chefs/Kitchen)
