• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. 

• Food & Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Effectively lead and manage the staff and operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the delivery of superior food and beverage menu items and services that will provide guests with a memorable experience. Take ownerships of the financial aspects of operations pertaining to the role, while creating a work environment consistent with our values. 

• Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.    

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Supervise front desk operations in accordance with established guest service, quality and sustainability standards.

• Staff Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

  Prepare journal entries, detailed reports, account reconciliations, and perform other accounting functions in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. 

• Complex Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Provide leadership and guidance to aide field personnel in maintenance of all equipment, systems and building components, including but not limited to mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks and other equipment/work for two hotels.

• Assistant Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  Assist in overseeing front office operations to include supervising front office personal in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. 

• Area Director of People Support (Human Resources)

• Assistant Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  Develop and solicit new business from all markets with emphasis on Corporate Groups to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.

• Director of People Support (Human Resources) (Human Resources)

  Lead human resource functions, including recruitment, training and development, benefit administration, and employee relations for the entire hotel, as well as serve as an effective member of the hotel executive committee. Work closely with the hotel General Manager and department leaders to ensure a positive culture throughout the hotel. 

• Bell Person (Guest Services)

  Greet guests with a warm welcome at hotel entrance and provide services related to the transportation and storage of luggage and provide other guest services.
