• Director of Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be in-charge of the entire food and beverage department of the hotel. • Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Maintenance Technician supports the entire engineering, housekeeping and operation team and is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our guest rooms, public areas, back-ofhouse areas, facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Room Attendant / Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Position Overview:At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Night Auditors serve as the welcoming face of our unique lifestyle property during the overnight hours. They are responsible for greeting guests, facilitating check-ins, and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional stay in Anchorage and for auditing the reservations, guest ledger and financial transactions of the day. The role requires handling reservations, guest inquiries, and managing check-ins/outs in an efficient, warm, and professional manner.

• Controller (Finance/Accounting)

  Establishes, coordinates, and administers all financial systems, internal controls, and the hotel’s capital plan. Prepares and reviews budgets, forecasts, operating results, financial reports, and tax returns in compliance with government regulations and ownership requirements. The Controller is the financial manager of the hotel. The position is responsible for short- and long-term planning and the daily operations of the Controller's department. Develops and recommends the department's budget and objectives and manages within those approved plans. Participates in total hotel management as a member of the hotel's Executive Committee and is responsible for providing the timely dissemination of reports to management to assist in achieving bottom-line results. Consults and clears with the Vice President and Corporate Controller any accounting transactions or control procedures which are not specifically addressed in The Wildbirch Hotel Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual or which require interpretation.
