The General Manager of our hotel is a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for the successful operation of all hotel departments. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, delivering exceptional guest service, and fostering a culture of associate engagement and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the corporate leadership team, the General Manager must demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and inspire teams while executing on both short-and long-term goals. The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areasand assisting with the delivery and retrieval of linens.
