You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

SUMMARY: The Inside Sales & Group Coordinator is responsible for the inside group sales effort and assisting the sales and operations teams to ensure that all pre-event, event and post-event phases of group events are executed and communicated appropriately. Capture, qualify and close all new and past group leads driven through property, brand or 3rd party that drive top line revenues, market share and profitability to the portfolio of hotels within the market. In property liaison that is the primary contact for the event planner. Advocate and participate in the seamless communication between sales and operations to ensure the success of the sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a fun, customer oriented, and personable candidate to join our guest service team. This candidate is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. Assisting guest with making reservations, checking guest in and out of the hotel, answering questions about the hotel and handling any concerns during their stay. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. Experience a plus, but not required.
