  Under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Manager, assist in the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department (front of house) to ensure all customers are given the proper level of customer service, establish the tone for the shift, train department staff, ensure conformance of all established Food and Beverage policies and standards.   The Cash Cage Training Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for all new and existing Cage Department team members. This includes onboarding, ongoing training, and updates related to new policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. In addition to training responsibilities, this role also performs all duties of a Cage Shift Manager as needed. This position requires the team member to travel between both properties to train team members.

• Maintenance Engineer I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for general maintenance of all Tribal entities’ indoor and outdoor premises. Works with all departments on an as-needed basis.   The position is responsible for performing high-quality restoration, repair, and finishing of interior surfaces in residential and commercial environments. This includes expert preparation, installation, and finishing of drywall, as well as skilled application of paints, coating, textures, and surface treatments. The Specialist ensures all work meets client expectations, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
