  The Engineering Manager will be responsible for operating, repairing, and maintaining guestrooms, common areas, and central systems. He/ She ensures guest, owner, and staff satisfaction and safety by providing timely responses to maintenance work orders, overseeing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring courteous interaction and follow-up with guests, both internal and external. They will coordinate functions and activities with other department heads, guests, owners, suppliers, and contractors. Oversee maintenance of the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and technological systems (including, but not limited to, phones, televisions, internet, keys), and the related equipment by energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
