  This role reports to the Assistant General Manager. As Director of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Housekeeping department, ensuring smooth operations across rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Director of Housekeeping is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to property standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with guests and team members. Luxury Experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of Forbes standards of operation.
