• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The award winning Watermark Beach Resort is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to help lead a luxury Food and Beverage operation at our resort. Located in the heart of wine country, on the shores of Osoyoos Lake, our Food and Beverage operation involves running restaurant, pool bar and banquet

  The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for establishing a passionate and creative F&B culture at Watermark Beach Resort, setting strategic direction and managing the daily operations of all outlets and banquet operations. This position is ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided throughout the resort’s Food and Beverage Operation.  In this role, you generously share what you know and transfer issues into constructive opportunities.  Working along side the Executive Chef, your talents and experience will be cross-utilized in different outlets throughout the Food & Beverage Department including banquets, 15 Park Bistro and the pool bar. The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the hotel General Manager.

• Culinary Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A steward, or dishwasher, is responsible for supporting the culinary operation by cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and cups. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry, and cleaning the kitchen.

• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The award winning Watermark Beach Resort is looking for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team on its continued journey of excellenece.

  The Executive Chef is responsible for establishing a passionate and creative F&B culinary culture at Watermark Beach Resort, setting strategic direction and managing the daily culinary operations of all dining outlets and banquet operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is ultimately responsible for the quality of food provided throughout a full-service resort located in the heart of Okanagan Wine Country.  In this role, you generously share what you know and groom your culinary team to execute the quality and culinary vision of the resort. Your talents and experience will be cross-utilized in different outlets throughout the Food & Beverage Department including banquets, 15 Park Bistro and the pool bar.

• Houseperson (Spring/Summer 2026) (Housekeeping)

  Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, our Housepersons are a critical member of the housekeeping team.  They are responsible for assisting the housekeeping team remain supplied and stocked with everything they need to take care of our rooms and our guests.  This role requires a strong level of Guest Service as they interact frequently with guests when delivering items and amenities.
