Prepares and generates contracts and related closing documents accurately and in a timely manner
Leads the development and execution of an annual site strategy to grow sales volume and maximize cost in line with present company objectives.
You will be responsible for face-to-face guest contact and lead generation by actively reaching out to Hilton Honors Rewards members and Hilton hotel guests in the lobbies of branded Hilton hotels.
Supports the HR Business Partner and Team Member Relations leaders and provides practical advice and coaching on manager/team member interactions that helps the leader manage. This is inclusive of addressing performance concerns, managing through conflict, coaching on effective communication, creating and maintaining a healthy culture and advising on effective team meetings.
Confirms, reschedules and assists all tours with customer service for In-House Marketing Departments.

To assist contract management in their absence, while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the contract functions at the Sales Center including the preparation of all contracts, accepting of deposits, canceling/refunding during rescission, commission assignments and related closing documents.
