• Tangerine Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

• Food & Beverage Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  JOB OVERVIEW: The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes sales and communications to guests and customers.  Under the leadership of the Corporate Director of Marketing, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the multiple restaurants, bars, and outlets that are all managed by Wincome Hospitality. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities to selling private dining parties in the available private dining spaces identified in the various food and beverage outlets managed by Wincome Hospitality. Success is measured by how well this manager achieves the private dining revenue goals set by outlet, social media engagement and also by how effectively the marketing and communications campaigns the manager creates drives revenue to each outlet.

• Grounds & Landscaping Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Landscaping/Grounds Person is responsible for administering, directing, and controlling the Hotel grounds and landscape. The Landscaping & Grounds Person is responsible for maintaining a safe, appealing, and clean property while maintaining good customer service and a positive attitude.

• Cook 2 (PM) - Tangerine Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: The Cook 2 for our highly rated Tangerine Restaurant is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the banquet kitchen. Must prepare and execute all menu items for their station if in an outlet according to the recipe cards to ensure that quality standards are being met.

• Restaurant Server (Night) - Tangerine (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: Westin Anaheim’s Outlet servers will execute dining service from any outlet to include; Tangerine Room (Mainly), RISE, Bella’s Splash pool or Bar 1030. The server will be a dynamic individual who is able to take orders, serve tables and manage a dining room with fine dining abilities and finesse to adhere to Westin Anaheim Resort’s high standards. Our serves will be the face of our restaurants and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean to Covid-19 sanitation standards and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.

• Busser - Tangerine (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service.

• Tangerine Bartender (PM) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Lobby Bartender represents the heart of the resort’s front of the house team and main first attraction, and by this; the lobby bartender will have a magnetic and charismatic personality that encases the ultimate bar experience by preparing beverages with an organic mixologist approach for guests and serving them at the bar and/or through the wait staff. The lobby bartender maintains a clean and organized work environment.

  Responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and escorting guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.   Handles all aspects of shipping and receiving, inventory controls, general and liquor storerooms.  Assists in controlling food & beverage costs through quality inspections and ensuring products match specifications during the receiving process.  Receiving involves numerous details and a watchful, organized team member to follow the standards.  As a Receiving Supervisor, some of your duties will include requisitioning, stocking and rotating product. You will assist with creating and maintaining inventory pars as well as maintaining a neat, clean, and organized storage room. As a supervisor this role is responsible for ensuring that the Receiving clerk (s) are following all guidelines set in place. Additionally, if needed you will assist team members with locating product, creating purchase requisitions and receiving special orders for events. Must adhere to all COVID-19 Rules and Regulations.

Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
