As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for setting up, delivering and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement of company standards.
JOB OVERVIEW: A Food Runner/Busser is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to customers efficiently, accurately and courteously, supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for setting up, delivering and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement of company standards.
