• Sales Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  Position Summary: Sales Administrative Assistant support the sales team by receiving and distributing sales leads according to deployment from various lead sources and ensuring that Sales Managers respond in a timely manner. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing correspondence and reports, filing and answering phones. Assist manager in with sales leads and disseminating hotel information by sending sales kits and brochures.

  Position Summary: Establishes and maintains a smooth functioning food and beverage department in compliance with Standard Operation Procedures. Manage and organize all of Food and Beverage Department to maintain high F&B quality, service, and maximize profits. Ensures a high level of sanitation and safety in all food areas.

  Position Summary: Assists the Executive Chef to establish and maintain a smooth functioning food production department in compliance with Standard Operation Procedures. Ensures a high level of sanitation and safety in all food areas. Strives for service of high quality food and achievement of budgeted goals.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: The housekeeping host (room attendant) creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: The houseperson cleans and maintains all corridors and public areas and assists gallery room attendants with supplies, linens, and removal of the trash.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Dishwasher delivers service excellence to the Kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related equipment.
