Support and assist the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, particularly as it relates to managing the culinary and stewarding staff, meeting food consistency and quality standards, while meeting financial and other objectives.

HHM Hotels is seeking a Hotel Manager to supervise and manage hotel operations, achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and maximization of profits for the Whiteface Lodge located in the heart of the Adirondacks in Lake Placid, New York.
Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.
Oversee food and beverage functions and outlets ensuring the division meets established financial and other goals while ensuring the department operates in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Respond to telephone, email, internet inquiries, and employ sales techniques in order to secure and process reservations for guest accommodations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Clean and maintain public hotel areas according to established brand/ hotel guest service and sustainability standards.
Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist this individual, through their touch, will relieve pain and stress, assist in rehabilitation of injuries, improve circulation, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.
Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.
Perform services in all areas of coloring, washing, cutting, and styling.
Perform general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.
Cook or Stewarding Supervisor - Executive Steward or Sous Chef
