Summary: The Server is responsible for ensuring the standards of service in assigned food and beverage outlets. S/he will take orders, deliver food, drinks and other items to guests. The Server will act as a liaison between the kitchen and guests. S/he will assist with maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards and shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort Culture as well as promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
Summary: The Front Desk Agent often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent first impression. S/he is responsible for guest registration, room assignments and key control responsibilities. The Front Desk Agent will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.
SUMMARY: The Greenskeeper is responsible for assisting in the general upkeep and maintenance of the golf greens. S/he will be involved in the precision mowing of greens, tees, aprons, approaches, fairways, roughs, bunker maintenance, divot repair program, and a variety of golf course maintenance programs, such as aerifying, verticutting, and topdressing. The Greenskeeper will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards.
The Guest Service Agent shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort Culture as well as promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
Summary: The Guest Services Manager is primarily responsible for leading the call center and dispatch department (WENDI) as well as on property guest transportation and the new resort guest arrival gate. She/he is the liaison between the Guest Services team and other departmental leaders including but not limited to Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Reservations, Accounting, Property Management and Sales & Marketing. She/he is responsible for all daily guest services tasks and duties as well as; scheduling, inventories, training new staff to Four Diamond levels, resolving customer challenges, and aiding in all departments of Wild Dunes Resort. The Guest Services Manager will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards. This role will help facilitate any challenges in completing Guests and Colleagues requests while keeping the resort finances at the forefront of all decision making.

Summary: The Houseperson is responsible for responding to the needs of housekeepers, management, front desk, dispatch and guest service calls.
