• Gift Shop Attendant & Cashier (Sales & Marketing)

As an Attendant & Cashier working at Blossom Café & Market, you will be responsible for exceeding guests’ expectations. You will provide our guests with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference and the Westin service standard. The Blossom Attendant & Cashier partners with all team members from the front of house to the back of house to create a hospitable and cohesive environment for customers and associates alike. The Blossom Attendant & Cashier is a hands-on customer facing and back of house role. You create exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally. Your role is vital, as you are typically the first person to interact with all guests. You are responsible for driving retail sales, possessing brand knowledge of all retail products and menu items, efficiently and effectively check out guests and handle all guests needs. Additionally you will clean tables and surface areas between guests, re-fill food supplies: coffee station, napkin dispenser, etc. You will also assist with unpacking, steaming, prepping and processing all retail items. You must possess brand knowledge of all retail products and menu items, efficiently and effectively check out guests and handle all guests needs. You will enthusiastically and equally assists with all retail shop and front of house café needs. This is a Part - Time position

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server represent the highest revenue generating department in the resort, and by this; the banquet server will have a charismatic personality and banqueting experience that encases the best banquet events in Orange County by applying impeccable serving abilities for all our guests. The Banquet Server maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• General Cashier / Food and Beverage A/P (Finance/Accounting)

  Monitor, maintain and oversee the handling of all cash and cash banks, for the Hotels and Restaurant. Provide support, as the accounting clerk, in additional responsibilities.

• Grounds and Landscaping Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Landscaping/Grounds Person is responsible for administering, directing, and controlling the Hotel grounds and landscape. The Landscaping & Grounds Person is responsible for maintaining a safe, appealing, and clean property while maintaining good customer service and a positive attitude.

  Responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and escorting guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and orientate the guests on room features (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services, and other features of the room). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
