• Creator of Excitement (Sales & Marketing)

  The Creator of Excitement position is a management position that will report to the Property Manager.  This individual will be the “face of fun” of the property to our guests, and the “service champion” to our team members.  This individual will be tasked with creating fun and excitement on the casino floor that supports Wind Creek Hospitality’s Purpose, while also engaging with our team members to reinforce exceptional service delivery.

• EVS Attendant II (Housekeeping)

  SHIFT: 12:30am-9am (Shift subject to change based on business needs)

• Female Spa Attendant (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Hotel Front Desk Agents perform an array of tasks to make guests feel welcome but their primary responsibility is registering guests to their hotel room.  

• Game Ambassador (Slots/Electronic Games)

  The Game Ambassador is responsible for providing positive customer service to guests who are playing games or who are on the casino floor.  Game Ambassadors are also responsible for the ensuring the gaming floor is neat and clean at all times.  The Game Ambassador will assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

• Kitchen Worker (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

The Sous Chef is responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to co-workers (internal customers) and buffet guests.
