The primary responsibility of the Agent - Front Desk is to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, receive cash and credit payments while providing unmatched guest services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The Manager develops, coordinates, organizes, and ensures successful completion of promotions and advertising for their assigned WCH property.
The Account Executive is responsible for managing all marketing projects and jobs for the assigned Wind Creek properties from start to finish. You will be responsible for not only initiating and managing the projects, but also for anticipating the needs of the properties, and helping to proactively develop assets needed to provide all of the information guests and team members need to have a memorable experience at a Wind Creek Property. The Account Executive is a strong listener first and foremost, and an excellent communicator. The account service team understands what the properties need, and works with the marketing production teams (creative, media, communications and others) to ensure the proper assets are created, delivered, and executed flawlessly. You will often serve as mediator between the needs of the property and the limitations of the production resources, and need to prioritize accordingly. Most critically, this individual is responsible for always letting the property know both proactively and whenever requested the status and details of any marketing project for that particular property.
The primary responsibility of the Host - Player Development is to direct and market (including telemarketing) potential qualified guests from both an established player following, assigned accounts and new accounts to the casino and to measure/rate their play at Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
The Spa Attendant - Female is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.
The primary responsibility of the Executive - Credit is to evaluate credit worthiness and monitor credit increases, decreases and credit canceling. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Food Runner - Chop House is to set up and carry food trays, organize plates, deliver food from kitchen to the guest, explain food items to the guest, assisting the Server and complete side work in the Chop House Restaurant. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous Chef is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality of food, timeliness in food service, proper food and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary kitchen. Also required to train and develop sous chefs. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Technician - Slots is to learn through on-the-job training and maintain slot machines to help minimize down time on the floor and to maximize floor space revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The Cosmetologist is responsible for working with clients to help them achieve desired haircuts, hairstyles, and nail designs. Their duties include interacting with clients, performing beautification techniques and providing spa-like services to their clients. Cosmetologists work directly with clients, using their expertise to create designs and looks.
The Massage Therapist will receive base pay with 20% commission and 20% gratuity ($60 per hour and up including base, commission and gratuity).The Massage Therapist performs professional body massage and treatments. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the body, have excellent massage techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train with the spa specific treatment protocols.
The primary responsibility of a Convention Porter is to setup and break down all convention areas of Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) meeting rooms. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed. The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. Duties include but not limited to working hands-on with restaurant team members to ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service within the specific restaurant concept.
