• Table Games Dealer School (Table Games)

  Table Games Dealer School (Entry Level/Non-Experienced Dealers) Position Purpose The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level/Non- Experienced) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Assistant Pastry Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Assistant Chef - Pastry is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in all pastry production for the property outlets. • Grounds Tech I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Grounds Technician I performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures as directed on grounds, turf grass, pavements, walkways, amphitheater, ponds, swimming pools and fountains. This is an entry level position.

• Food Hall Kitchen Worker (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Kitchen Worker is responsible for cleaning the plate ware, glassware, cooking equipment and utensils involved with the food production and operation of the restaurant program.  The Kitchen Worker also assists with the preparation of food products a directed by the Culinary Team leadership.

• Pool Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers at the Pool/Escape facility, while assisting pool kitchen with food orders/guest service.

• House Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Hotel House Attendant performs an array of tasks that make guests feel welcome and important, most notably by maintaining clean corridors, delivering guest request items and restocking supplies/equipment.

• Pool Attendant (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Pool Attendant is responsible for the pool area cleanliness and sanitation. Includes the greeting of all guests, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guests are comfortable, assisting guest with towel and chair needs, stocking and preparing pool for guests on a continuous basis. This is a seasonal position.

• Hotel Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Hotel Front Desk Agents perform an array of tasks to make guests feel welcome, but their primary responsibility is registering guests to their hotel room.

• Booth Attendant (Guest Services)

  The Booth Attendant administers expedient Casino valet services and guest service through organization, documentation, and the use of manual and computerized valet systems.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant play a critical role in the overall guest experience by preparing guestrooms that are clean, comfortable, well maintained and serviced according to company specifications.

• Beverage Server (Food & Beverage)

• Surveillance Agent I (Surveillance)

  The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming operations, adherence to regulatory requirements and procedures, and following approved surveillance department procedures. The Surveillance Agent works to protect company assets by detecting theft, cheating and other illegal activities by guests and/or employees. The Surveillance Agent also assists members of casino management in the resolution of guest or employee related disputes.

• Experienced Casino Dealer - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Experienced  Casino Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment.
