Assistant General Manager functions (to include, but not limited to): Supervisory – Interviewing, hiring, training, disciplinary actions, annual performance evaluations, biweekly timesheet review Financial – Daily bank deposits, completion of sales and marketing objectives Guest Relations – Monitoring and following up on guest feedback and concerns, suggest and sell amenities, ensure security needs of guests and property are met Other – Inventory management, relationship building with vendors and guests, teamwork Required Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in hotel management, including front desk and back of house operations, extended stay preferred Excellent team building and communication abilities Strong organizational time management skills and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills: oral and written Personal vehicle required Physical Requirements Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs. • Guest Attendant (Guest Services)

  This is a highly visible, part-time customer service role at Woodspring Suites. More often than not, you will be the face of the property and the first point of contact for our guests. Responsible for office operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will successfully assure front office operations exceed standards.

  This is a highly responsible part time position at Woodspring Suites, - perfect for someone with an excellent work-life balance interested in cleaning studios. You will assure cleaning exceeds standards while maintain a positive, friendly environment with guests and other staff members.
