• Front Desk Supervisor (PM) (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of the Front Desk staff, quality service, guest satisfaction and safety.  Supervises check-ins, check-outs, and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations.  Supervises the processing of guest bills and collection of payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.  Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.  Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management.

• Hotel Engineer / General Maintenance (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Hiring Engineers

  The Engineer  performs interior and external preventative maintenance along with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, commercial laundry equipment and HVAC repairs in compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations.  Responds to engineering service calls.   Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.  Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management.

• Loss Prevention Officer (Security)

  The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is looking for a Loss Prevention Officer @ $16.50 an hour.

  The Security Guard patrols the hotel and grounds.  Responds to security and emergency situations in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards and federal, state and local regulations.  Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.  Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)
