Food and Beverage Manager

Looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to head our Banquet and Restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring food costs, beverage costs; increasing sales.

Front of house service.

Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue.

Manage day to day staffing / hiring requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.

Ensure staff is properly trained on quality and service standards.

Ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment, and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive restaurant, banquet and supervisory experience.

Micros experience preferred.

Ability to speak foreign language (Korean, Japanese) a plus.
