  A Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions.

• Market Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Gift Shop Manager provides oversight of the Gift Shop and respective Gift Shop staff. The incumbent may also help sell gift shop merchandise to customers. Unpacks verifies and inspects received goods rejecting damaged items or incorrect orders. Maintains records of items received. Prepares goods for display or sale and sorts and distributes items to the appropriate department. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Human Resources Manager (Human Resources)

  The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific). As a member of the property Human Resources support staff he/she directs and works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment total compensation training and development. Additionally he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal state and local regulations and Aimbridge Hospitality operating procedures. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Housekeeping Assistant Manager (Housekeeping)

  Assist in managing the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department and responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager and in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. • Spa Attendant (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.

• At Your Service / Reservations (Guest Services)

  The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.

• Executive Chef - Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurant, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments, i.e., pricing, banquets, etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

• Housekeeping Manager (Housekeeping)

  The Assistant Director Housekeeping works closely with the Director Housekeeping to ensure efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as well as leading the entire Housekeeping Department including rooms front/back of house public areas and laundry. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.

• Director of Human Resources (Human Resources)

  The Director of Human Resources is responsible for staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage benefit worker's compensation unemployment; training program direction implementation and administration; and employee relations coaching counseling and discipline. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

• Bartender - Farm Restaurant (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. • Kitchen Steward - Banquets (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

• Market Barista (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

• House Attendant Lead (Housekeeping)

  The House Attendant Lead serves as a primary point of contact for questions and/or complex problems in partnership with Housekeeping leadership. This role also performs the responsibilities of a House Attendant to include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel deep cleaning of assigned areas setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

• HVAC - Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.  He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Tasting Room & Lounge Associate (Food & Beverage)

  The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

• Food Runner - Farm Restaurant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.

• Director of Rooms (Rooms Division)

  Responsible for the overall planning organizing and coordinating of the Rooms Division consisting of Front Office Concierge Guest Recognition PBX Housekeeping Valet laundry Valet parking and to provide leadership and direction whilst maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest satisfaction levels to the standard of the hotel and of the company at all times. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
