Its investment in Spire will ensure the long-term, sustainable growth of the high quality management and operations services provided over three decades by Lane.
- The predecessor to Spire Hospitality, Lane Hospitality, was formed in 1980 to manage hotels owned by the Lane family. After AWH Partners, a NY-based real estate investor with extensive hospitality experience, acquired Lane, it rebranded the company Spire Hospitality.
