About Us

The World of Whirlpool is a new flagship brand and product experience center in Chicago’s Reid Murdoch Center. Over 30,000 square feet, the “World of Whirlpool Corporation” facility is designed to create excitement around Whirlpool Corporation brands by creating a destination environment that attracts and engages trade customers, designers and influencers to experience the brands in interactive, state-of-the-art environments.

• Creation of 12 operational kitchens on the penthouse of the over 100-year-old historical Reid Murdoch Building
• Extensive plaster work creating individual kitchens
• Extensive mechanical, electrical, and audio-visual coordination in each kitchen
• Build-out of four-story clock tower overlooking Chicago River
• Exterior roof features include outdoor kitchens and outdoor grille areas
• Winner of Interior Architecture Award, Honor Award – AIA 2011 Design Excellence Awards
