Security Officer/ Valet Driver

As a Security and Valet Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and their properties. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle security-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Patrol the interior and the perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
• Greet and assist guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.
• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
• Promote safe work practices
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Position Requirements:

• High school Education
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Law Enforcement or Loss Prevention Experienced Preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certification Preferred
• Ability to remain calm, plan and direct others in the event of an emergency
• Consistent, professional attitude
