The Houseman is a valuable role. They maintain our guest’s first impression by cleaning our hotel’s grounds and public areas. They make sure our housekeepers have all the supplies they need to make our guest rooms sparkle.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Removing soiled linens from rooms
  • Removing trash
  • Providing fresh linen to housekeepers
  • Report issues to appropriate department for repair
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain orderly supply closets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Knowledge of English language a plus
