Banquet Server

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Attendant to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Responsibilities 

• Set up tables following catering event orders.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed. 

• Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. 

• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures. 

• Break down the event according to company procedures.

Qualifications 

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• One year's previous experience as a server in a high-volume environment preferred
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
