 Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel and Conference Center is right off IH-35 halfway between San Antonio and Austin. Our 283 suites are situated around a beautiful atrium and lobby. We have 19 meeting rooms with 72,000 square feet of event space including the 3,000 person Veramendi Ballroom.  Tanger Outlets, San Marcos Outlets and Texas State University are all within a 10-minute drive.  San Marcos is situated at the foot of the beautiful Texas Hill Country and home of the Aquarena Springs and the San Marcos River. With a population right under 70,000; San Marcos still has a “small town” vibe hosting events such as The Mermaid Festival and Sights and Sounds at Christmas.  For outdoor enthusiasts, there are over 20 trails to explore.
