Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
The Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a General Manager to lead the team. The General Manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Supervise and manage hotel departments and oversee hotel operations as directed.
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards.
Supervise housekeeping staff ensuring brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards are met.
Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.
Supervise front desk operations in accordance with established guest service, quality and sustainability standards.
Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations, and community partnerships.
