Summary
Entertainment Manager works closely with and reports to the Director of Marketing and is directly responsible for booking high quality entertainment and special events for all SCR venues. The Entertainment Manager is responsible for all aspects of entertainment production, including artist contracts, production contracts, show advancement information, production load in, ensuring all entertainment acts or on time and performing as contracted, show load out and payment to artists. The Entertainment Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a detailed
entertainment and special events calendar and ensuring all major shows (Event Center shows), are booked at a minimum of six months in advance and three months in advance for Cabaret shows. The Entertainment Manager is responsible for reporting on ticket sales for all shows currently on sale and for final attendance numbers at the close of every show. The Entertainment Manager is responsible for submitting all Action Items and Notifications to Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission to insure compliance on all entertainment and special events.
