Landscaper / Groundsman

Landscaping/Maintenance responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preventative maintenance of grounds equipment
• Mow and edge turf
• Sweep curbing, entrances, and sidewalks
• Planting and upkeep of flower beds, trees, etc.
• Fertilize trees, shrubs, and grass

What are we looking for?

• Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities
• Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of grounds, landscaping, maintenance, and equipment.
• Working knowledge of tree/shrub cultural practices
• Seasonal assistance in maintenance with special seasonal projects and other building maintenance may be required as needed.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
