Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and maintaining all aspects of daily and weekly schedules.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) year of scheduling clerk experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer skills to include: Word, Excel and scheduling software.
  • Strong customer service and communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of casino department operations.

Essential Job Functions
  • Meets with Shift Managers on a consistent basis to determine which table games will be opened or closed.
  • Assists Scheduling Manager with vacation and days off bidding.
  • Assists with paperwork for medical and personal leaves, new hires, transfers, terminations, salary increases and employee documentation
  • Assists in record keeping of sick and late calls for departments.
  • Performs data entry, typing and filing tasks.
  • Answers phones, directs calls and takes accurate messages.
  • Promotes positive employee relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Lifting weights up to 30 lbs. working at a computer, strong math and computer skills.
Working Conditions
  • Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors
