Supervisor - Table Games

Essential Functions

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of anyitemsleft behind by guests in addition to cleaning ashtrays and preparing trash for removal from the pit.
• Constructively train and supervise dealers to ensure compliance with casino procedures, rules and regulations.
• Prepare andadminister disciplinary action as necessary.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, developing, counseling, and terminating department staff.
• Write and deliver thorough performance reviews for team members.
• Developpersonnel while ensuring an adequate level of labor is used to perform to the required level of service.
• Analyze guests’ play to monitor for cheating scams, advantage play, card counters, and unusual or suspicious variations in play.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
• Monitor game activity at all times.
• Manage administration of table fills and credits, player ratings, and rundowns.
• Control gaming cards and equipment.
• Resolve issues, disputes, and correct errors as needed.
• Ensure that winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any dealer errors as required.
• Have complete knowledge of allBally'sKC events and promotional activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established byBally'sKCand departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

• A high school diploma or GED ispreferred.
• Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred.
• Proficiency in all games offered is required.
• Experience as a Dealer atBally'sKCwith a minimum overall rating of Meets Expectations on the most recent performance review and no performance documentation for the last 90 days is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission Level II gaming license.
• Maintain TiPS certification.
• Must be able to work anynecessary hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions inEnglish.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Good eye-hand coordination.
• Knowledge of specified games and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
• Able to add monies and chips in order to properly payout winning bets.
• Knowledge of theftand cheatingtechniques.
• Good guest service and communication skills.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

• WORK ENVIRONMENT: while performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, smoke, and bright flashing lights. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
