Responsibilities 

• Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dining room and outside patio areas, surfaces, furniture and equipment. 
• Busses tables and places dirty dishes and linens in appropriate areas. 
• Ensures cleanliness of tables and chairs and completes set up for next guest use. 
• Gathers and removes trash as necessary. 
• Responds timely to guest requests in a friendly manner. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Requires excellent communication skills to work with guests and team members with ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment. 
• Should enjoy working with people and food; customer service experience is a plus. 
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, set priorities and quickly respond to changing needs.

Physical Requirements 

• Requires ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
• Ability to lift and balance heavy food trays and bus bins while navigating seating area. 
• Will stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop and squat repetitively for the entire length of shift, with some stair use. 
• Exposure to and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize areas and equipment.
