Hostess / Host

The full-time hostess/host position will be responsible for the following duties.

Manage all menus, check inserts, napkin display cards, special cards, table tents for the dining outlets.

Our dining outlets are listed as the following:

Family dining room (Grill, Garden, Garden Terrace including our wine room)

Adult dining (Bar Lounge, Adult Deck, Men’s and Ladies Card rooms)

Pool (Pool Deck, Pavilion Bar and Snack Bar)

The Full-time hostess will work closely with the management team to ensure timely updates for our dining outlets this will include advertisements that are used.

Additionally, it is the full-time position responsibility to ensure that coverage is met for our family dinning hostess needs on a weekly basis.

The following details further the responsibilities of the full-time position and these duties may change over time to better reflect and meet our dining needs.

-Food Menus

• Ensure that all dining outlet menus are kept in working condition and are fully updated in a timely manner.
• Ensure that menu covers and menu inventory is kept well stocked and current.
• Maintaining a monthly inventory of our menu jackets and making management aware of any needs.

-Napkin Special Cards

• The seasonal pool and tennis areas of our club’s napkin display cards are current and are fully updated in a timely manner.
• Working with the seasonal and volume demands of these spaces to ensure that the media current to the yearly use of these spaces.

- Specials Morning Specials and Evening Dinner Specials

• Manage check book inserts and insure that all are in clean and in a presentable condition and are fully updated (this includes all of our mixed-use spaces i.e. dining rooms, patios, terrace Pavilion bar)
• AM Specials manage the process that is the daily special cards or table tents for each of our dining outlets

-Table Tents

• Manage our table tent inventory and insure that all table tents are in working condition and are fully updated (this includes all of our mixed-use spaces i.e. dining rooms, patios, terrace Pavilion bar)
• Ensure that menu covers and menu inventory is kept well stocked and current.
